- Are you based in Wales?
- Our agent for Wales and the South West lives and works in the region. Operations and underwriting sit in Berkhamsted (Hertfordshire) — close to Clover's UK ops — so applications turn around fast.
- Can you visit the site?
- Yes. We do named site visits across Wales, Bristol, Bath and the wider South West when it helps the conversation. Most merchants only need one — the statement comparison plus a phone call usually closes it.
- My business is in the South West but not Wales — do you still help?
- Yes. Bristol, Bath, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and the wider South West are all covered by the same agent and the same offer.
- What about my existing Dojo / Worldpay contract?
- Most contracts in this segment have break clauses inside the fixed term. We look at the wording before you commit. There is no point quoting you a saving you cannot take.
